Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations; must have reliable transportation
Experience with replacing hardware components in desktop computers in a professional environment. Hardware components include motherboard, processor, memory, etc.
Experience with replacing hardware components in laptop computers in a professional environment. Hardware components include motherboard, processor, LCD screens, etc. (Preferred but not required)
Must be willing to drive up to 500 Miles per week. Typically will drive 300 - 400 miles a week.
Primarily responsible for Laptop break-fix. Must be having expert level computer building background. If not able to build a PC on his/her own without any issues, this job is not a good fit. Must have built several computers from the ground up in the past
Must have excellent communication skills. No slang or improper usage of the English language.
Must be an expert in email communication with an iPhone/smart phone.
Must have an excellent, upbeat, enthusiastic, professional attitude.
The average is 30 to 40 hours per week. It could be less than that during holidays and more than that post holiday rush. No guaranteed hours.
Dress code is business casual.
No overtime and candidates must report only the hours they actually work
Mileage reimbursement (Fuel charges would be reimbursed)
Gas charge, fuel charges, parking ticket and Toll charges would be reimbursed
Reimbursement:
1 - 225 miles per week: Candidate will be reimbursed 56 and half cent per mile
225 - Above per week: Candidate will be reimbursed 20 cents per mile
