Our client near Warwick, Rhode Island (RI) is seeking a new team of Customer Service Representatives to join their team on a long term temporary basis. Responsibilities for this position include:
Take high-volume inbound calls
Consult with customers on product
Research and resolve complaints and issues
Qualifications (required unless noted otherwise):
Minimum of 1-3 years inbound call center, customer service, and/or telesales experience
Ability and desire to be successful in a sales environment
Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office and Internet searches
A Bachelor''s degree is preferred
Basic math skills
Effective writing skills
Flexible schedule and ability to work some Saturdays and evenings

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
