Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Sales Training and Development, the E-Learning Specialist's role is to design and implement product and clinical web-based programs for training the Davol sales force.
Update and maintain current LMS and I-pad Applications
Create and maintain interactive multimedia training modules for new sales and in-house personnel
Assist in development of online training curriculum for sales force continuing education
Collaborate with marketing Product Managers on web based content to support product launches
Design training materials and instructions for using online programs
Function as Liaison with in-house personnel and outside vendors to evaluate technical needs
Maintenance of online training programs to meet regulatory standards
Special projects as assigned

VEVRAA Federal Contractor
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
1-3 years experience with e-learning development, course design, and online education
Education background or experience in adult learning and instruction preferred
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, creative, and energetic
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
