# SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the administrative management and oversight of a team of aggressive and highly motivated C-level executives for a growing IT Services organization. This person will have previous experience managing fast-paced executive calendars and schedules, coordinating travel, planning client meeting and large scale events while, providing day-to-day support as needed and special projects as assigned. We are looking for someone who has a passion for achieving excellence.

# FUNCTIONAL ROLE:
## The Executive Administrative Assistant performs the following specific functions:
1. Manage calendar for 7+ senior level executives with accuracy and proficiency.
2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences and special events.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks as to urgency and detail to support senior level executives
4. Type form letters and other documents as required at acceptable levels of speed and accuracy; collates and photocopies materials as necessary.
5. Ability to organize, efficiently document and routinely update information; ability to apply procedures to work problems and situations.
6. Flexibility in responding courteously to immediate needs of executives; ability to establish priorities and maintain productivity despite numerous interruptions.
7. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
8. Must maintain a professional appearance and a cordial attitude towards all guests and staff.
9. Submit and track expense reports.
10. Submit and track requisitions.
11. Act as back-up for Guest Experience Specialist (Reception), welcoming and impressing visitors to the office with a smile.

# REQUIREMENTS:
_Educatio_ _n:_
Bachelor''s degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

_Experienc_ _e:_
Five to seven years of experience supporting a C-level executive level executive team.
Technology:
Familiarity with current Windows operating systems (as applicable) and proficiency in required software, including currently supported versions of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
echnological proficiency with video and tele-conferencing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
