Primary Function: Provide customers with a unique shopping experience by offering excellent customer service in the growing department of fashion jewelry with an emphasis on several key brands. Utilize effective selling techniques and provide in- depth product knowledge in a fast- paced, specialty retail environment.
Essential Duties &
Responsibilities:
Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service
Maintain knowledge of current in store promotions and marketing
Achieve established sales and department goals
Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including merchandise features and upcoming trends
Create rapport with entire store staff in order to train on key top selling brands
Straighten, clean and help maintain jewelry department as needed
Uphold store maintenance, merchandising and cleanliness standards
Process, ticket and restock merchandise as needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Previous retail experience in gift (or related) industry
Professional demeanor and appearance
Complete schedule flexibility to include nights, weekends and holidays
Motivated and organized/ Self-starter
