# Overview Responsibilities and Requirements
As a SharePoint Architect/Administrator, you'll bring high energy, enthusiasm and positive attitude to the position, along with strong interpersonal skills. You naturally demonstrate professionalism & leadership when dealing with our customers and vendors; you maintain control and work effectively in stressful situations. You're results driven; you prioritize tasks logically, and can manage multiple priorities effectively. Efficient time and resource utilization is second nature to you. Your experience naturally lends itself to assessing our customer's needs and making recommendations. The role of the SharePoint Architect/Administrator is to provide leadership and oversight in the configuration, usage, deployment, and implementation of SharePoint across the organization. This role is a unique opportunity to be involved in all phases of SharePoint projects and implementation including: provide architecture, configuration, governance facilitation and enforcement, operation, maintenance, deployment documentation, ongoing support, and security of the organization wide SharePoint environment.

# Technical Skills
Work with the Director of Business Systems and Operations in executing corporate portal and application strategy, tactics and target metrics
Deliver internal projects in the areas of SharePoint, SQL, Office365, K2, KnowledgeLake and more
Act as the internal portal/applications engineering resource in rolling out of new/emerging SharePoint portals, or in planning/quality assurance for Atrion internal and external portals.
Manage sites and site collections including templates, permissions, retirement of sites and troubleshooting
Contributes to SharePoint design, site collection structure and long term vision
Recommend SharePoint enterprise application architecture and standards
Create and maintain system design specifications related to the SharePoint deployments.
Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective SharePoint procedures and systems requirements that meet business requirements.
Monitor performance and is main point of contact for any issues including incident management, change management and general inquiries.
Collaboration/teamwork- leads by example, while also successfully collaborating across functions and departments.
Job Related Experience
# Technical Requirements
3-5 Years of experience in SharePoint environment
Experience with Application Planning, Business Analysis
Enhance, maintain, existing and develop new portal sites
Provide SharePoint training to individuals or groups
Manage system security, patching and upgrades
Deploy and integrate custom developed and third-party SharePoint solution packages
Integrate SharePoint with Active Directory as well as configuring SharePoint services and settings
Documenting SharePoint configuration and architecture
Manage content databases and creating new ones as required
Administer and maintain all Atrion portals
Managing the site layout (look and feel), structure, and content
The confidence to seek out help from co-workers or leadership
Ability to work in a team environment
Desire to work as a team to develop and deliver the Ultimate Client Experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
