A Kforce client is seeking a Simplify Customer Correspondence Program Business Analyst in Warwick, RI.
Key
Responsibilities:
Support creation, consolidation, analysis of correspondence and content inventories
Perform data quality / integrity diagnostics; recommend and implement agreed solutions
Support facilitated sessions with partners, including definition, planning, preparation, execution, results summary
Manage team document / record repository and knowledge management; including timely capture of receipt, meta-data tagging, organization, version maintenance, team alerts, etc
Maintain documentation of analysis assumptions, strategy, observations risks, recommendations, lessons learned - for all analysis
Lead collection, maintenance, analysis, opportunity identification from issues log
Support definition of a robust yet flexible taxonomy & nomenclature convention for content / document management
Support definition & execution of key process and simplification metrics and data collection plans and sampling strategy; execute data collection as needed
Capture process documentation, meeting minutes, and key learning - summarizing findings / recommendations in an easily referenced, actionable format
Take lead in partner meeting scheduling, status (routine), updates, etc
Professionally handle and protect personal identifying and operational data
Lead / support voice of business interviews and qualitative analysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
