As an Associate Engineer participating in our Work Force Agility (WFA) program, you will have the privilege to participate in the prestigious Atrion Academy, where you will be challenged over and over again to improve your technical and consulting skills. The problems you solve will place you at the forefront of technology providing you with the privilege to work with Atrion's marquis clients while continuously training to improve your skills.
This role is not for everyone, we are looking for experienced engineers with 2-5 years' experience and at least one of the following three certifications; CCNA, MCITP, VCP. At the end of your first year of training with us, you will be expected to have all three certifications to round out your technical skillset. This no 9-5 job, we are looking for individual's with a passion to learn and be the best. Atrion has always been an incubator for technical, leadership and business growth. As an Engineer on this project you will be expected to ramp up quickly on some of the latest technologies the IT Industry has to offer:
Successfully participate and engage in extensive Atrion Academy Training program.
Successfully obtain advanced certifications CCNA, CCNA-Voice, MCITP/MCSA, VCP within first year.
Cisco Routers/Voice Gateways/ Cisco LAN Switching/ VLans
Understanding of Routing protocols EGIRP, BGP, OSPF,
Cisco IP Phones
Cisco ASA Firewalls/ Other related Security Appliances
Familiarity with Cisco CLI and OSI
Competency with IP Sub-netting
Familiarity with Windows Server Configuration
Knowledge of Active Directory Design
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Implementation
Working knowledge of VMware or other Virtualization technologies
Understanding of Storage Area Network technology

## Technical Skills
Ability to self-study and achieve high academic results
Experience with technical writing and documentation.
Minimum of one of the following certifications CCNA, MCITP/MCSA, VCP.
2-3 years hands on experience within a technology support or implementation environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Technologies; Active Directory, Exchange, Server 2008, Lync, etc..
Working knowledge of Cisco switching and routing and voice, technologies.
Working knowledge of Virtualization and Data Center technologies including storage.
2-3 three years proven success in customer service environment.
The confidence to seek out help from co-workers or leadership.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Positive work ethic and the desire to work as a team to develop and deliver the best engineering
in the industry.
Ability to provide outstanding customer service.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
