Maintains Vendor Relationships as they relate to support contracts between client and the vendor or client and Atrion. These include hardware support contracts as well as Atrion service contracts of all levels. Coordinates with new business sales team to ensure maintenance contracts are processed properly for management throughout the lifecycle of the client.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Associate Level
Respond and coordinate all emails to the team inbox including:
Process all RMAs working with Support Center Service Level Managers (SLMs)
Create and manage all OIPs
Manage all vendor price list updates
Manage creation of monthly renewal lists
Manage Rebates through Cisco PMC tool
Manage Reports for Managed
services
Coordinate all support take - over projects
Process all vendor direct quote requests
Specialist Level
Collaborate with the sales team to generate maintenance contract pricing for renewing contracts and new take on contracts by utilizing the pricing and quoting tools both in house and with our vendors.
Assist team in the maintenance contract renewal process by providing initial renewal data to the sales team 60 to 90 days in advance of the contract end date. Then, process revisions and/or changes to contract pricing as needed during the client review process.
Generates and develops maintenance contract proposals that the sales team will deliver to the customer with all required documents/exhibits/agreements; 30-45 days prior to renewal to allow adequate time (30 days) for payment and processing before expiration date.
Sends out budgetary reminders to active maintenance clients via their sales team when requested.
Maintains all historical and up to date contract information in Asset database to ensure that the contract information flows efficiently from presales/sales to fulfillment, support and finance; working with support and finance to resolve contract related problems/questions/changes.
Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities from current or proposed contracts (up-sell) by managing discounts, using End of Life lists, and working with the Solution Architecture team.
Work with other groups in the company to ensure the accuracy of work flow.
Conduct regular account review meetings with assigned Account Executive regarding asset management and contract renewal status for active accounts.

SYSTEM RESPONSIBILITIES
Up-to-date knowledge of systems necessary to perform duties and responsibilities
May be called upon to be involved in updates, changes, testing, or new implementations of system tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
0-2 years of related experience. (2-7 years of experience for Specialist level)
Proficient proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - MSWord, MSExcel, required
Knowledge of IT contracts and the details involved in hardware, software and SaaS licensing and professional services engagements preferred.
Thorough understanding of the meaning of proposal and/or contractual language.
Must be goal, process and detail oriented.
Experience in technology asset management tools a big plus.
Excellent written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills and strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Possesses high energy level and ability to learn, adopt and build relationships.
Excellent time management skills, be able to work on multiple engagements at a time that require review, preparation and follow-up.
Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting tight deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Legal or related fields highly desirable
Technical knowledge of Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft, APC, and / or other network technologies and architecture preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
