Performs routine office administration duties associated.
Maintains confidentiality of all materials handled within the practice as well as the proper release of information.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
2 or more years of experience in a medical/psychological setting preferred or equivalent education.
Must possess excellent customer service, communication skills, and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively interact with the public and co-workers.
Working knowledge of electronic medial records and insurance verification.
Ability to perform basic math computations.
SCHEDULE/HOURS:
Monday-Thursday 9:
30am -6:
30.
