years experience and a focus on customer service.

Job Description:
At TAG, we have several departments involved in servicing each client including a Reactive Support Team, Proactive Support Team, and a Professional Service Team.
This position will serve as an escalation engineer for both our reactive and proactive departments.
A typical day will involve working with clients, both on site and remotely, to resolve issues with their Servers, PC's, peripherals, and networks.
The candidate must have a good balance of technical, people and problem solving skills.
THIS JOB REQUIRES FREQUENT SITE VISITS - ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE LOCAL.

Responsibilities:
Bring clients into alignment with our best practices and standards through remediationResolve escalated tickets from our reactive teamAssist our project team with projects, new client integration, and network mappingAnalyze ticket trends to identify and drive down reactive issuesReview and update documentation Collaborate with our internal teams to craft recommendations for our clientsRequired
Qualifications:
Applicant must have consulting experience, a strong Windows Server and Desktop background and a solid understanding of networking.
5 plus years of experience in a similar roleExperience with all windows server and desktop versions and migration experienceA solid understanding of SANs, virtualization, and networkingWindows Server (all versions)Terminal ServerCloud Hosting ConceptsAzure / Azure Virtual DesktopActive Directory / Group PoliciesVirtualization (predominantly with HyperV)Remote AccessOffice 365Desktop Operating SystemsRouters, Switches & WirelessVirtual Private NetworksNetworking - TCP/IP routing & subnetsPrintersDHCP / DNSVirus / Malware removalBackupsMobile DevicesHardware / Software upgradesMust have reliable transportationPersonal Attributes:
