Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team.
The office assistant will be responsible for organizing and maintaining files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed for easy retrieval.
This position will require assisting with data entry.
Duties:
- Organize and maintain physical filing system - Sort and categorize documents for filing - Perform data entry to update and maintain records - Retrieve files as requested by staff - Ensure proper labeling of files for easy identification - Assist with file audits to ensure accuracy Requirements:
- Experience with Excel and Word - Proficient in data entry and record keeping - Familiarity with office equipment such as computers and printers - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Knowledge of file management best practices - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Skills:
