With its rapid growth trajectory and dynamic nature, Forseven offers you an exceptional platform to help drive strategy as we expand into new horizons.What's the opportunityReporting to the Manufacturing Process Manager, you will play a pivotal part in defining, developing and validating end of line testing processes deployed on our products, whilst supporting the success of the business. What you will do:
Developing and designing the end of line and test processes in conjunction with our product development teams & external partners Collaborating with existing and new partners to ensure on time delivery of aspects to ensure we meet all manufacturing standards by the contract manufacturer. Defining and developing the software & hardware specification whilst evaluating the appropriate testing equipment for a production environment Liaising with the contract manufacturer and ensure all manufacturing engineering deliverables are completed to a high standard Providing technical support during pre-series builds & ramp up activities to resolve issues effectively Collaborating with internal & external partners to define & deliver testing programmes to validate the readiness of key technologies used in our products. Developing training materials & provide training to production operators Who you are:
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering (or relevant experience) Experienced in successfully leading the definition, development and validation of end of line processes in the automotive sector Familiarity with testing and validation standards for EV's.
