The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
Key
Responsibilities:
Assist sales managers in managing inquiries and bookings within the wedding and social events market, maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients and guests throughout the entire event process.
Efficiently handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate sales manager.
Warmly welcome clients and guests upon their arrival at the hotel.
Undertake special projects and general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, copying, and equipment maintenance.
Participate in Bridal Shows and Tasting Events as required.
Manage inventory and printing of banquet menus, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Maintain a comprehensive daily trace file for effective event tracking.
Respond to catering inquiries promptly and conduct property tours for potential clients.
Oversee social media postings related to events and promotions.
Provide assistance to the operations team when necessary.
Flexibility to accommodate changes in work hours/days as per business requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Sales Force (Delphi FDC) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Capability to adapt to changing work demands and priorities.
Full-time availability, with willingness to work Nights, Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Prior experience in a similar role or hospitality industry is preferred.
