The Visual Merchandiser coordinates, communicates and insures execution of merchandising strategies by creating and maintaining visual displays on the sales floor utilizing tools supplied by managementThe market/store(s) brand gatekeeper, ensuring that the image and style of the company is projected at all timesAccountable for timely and diligent merchandise handling, replenishment, and inventory control efforts which contributes to the profitability of the store.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing store merchandise needs and displayed according to the merchandising planEnsure and manage flow of all merchandise, go forward and non-go forward, including, but not limited to, promotional, seasonal, and daily replenishment, through analyzing the numerous reports disseminated.
Initiates unique visual presentations while consistently maintaining visual display standardsAnalyzes trends; shop competition and other areas for inspiration.
Point of contact for merchandise initiatives, effectively communicate and implement merchandising strategiesCommunicates to the sales team for enhanced selling.
Reviews sales in assigned stores, providing market analysis on purchasing trends, reporting feedback to RVMM.
Responsible to lead/assist with New Store, Remodel, visual Enhancements and store closing set upsFacilitates and monitors orders for New Stores, remodels and visual enhancements, keeping management apprised of any concerns with time to react.
Solves problems creatively related to ensure flawless execution, while monitoring store standards to company plans.
Presents on behalf of Merchandising at market meetings.
SCOPE & IMPACT:
This position will oversee 6-10 stores approximately 9,000-18,000 sqft.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, with 0-2 years of relevant experience or equivalentHighly organized and attention to detailMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)Up to 30% TravelPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
Self-management to demonstrate self-control and the ability to manage time and prioritiesSUPERVISORY
