Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations - Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and reports - Assist in event planning and coordination - Supervise administrative and clerical staff - Ensure efficient and effective communication within the office Skills:
- Proficient in schedule management software - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software - Strong event planning and coordination skills - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities - Proven ability to supervise and lead a team - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Familiarity with administrative and clerical tasks - Previous experience in medical office management is a plus As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
