Requires experience in admin support or coordination roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, and effective communication.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking with a positive demeanor.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provide administrative support to the Reflow Department.
Coordinate and organize departmental tasks and activities.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
Maintain accurate and detailed records.
Prioritize tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Take initiative in handling day-to-day administrative responsibilities.
Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Previous experience in administrative support or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
