Our mission is to equip and empower our caregivers with the right tools and resources needed to provide our clients with an extraordinary care experience, and we are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Office Assistant to serve as our go-to person in Rhode Island.
As a crucial member of our organization, you will serve as the right-hand person for the COO and CEO, achieving their goal of providing exceptional care to older adults in Rhode Island by providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our Rhode Island Office.

Roles & Accountabilities:
Manages daily office operations, including supplies, mail, and the office calendar.
Provides administrative support to the COO & CEO, including scheduling and report preparation.
Serves as the primary contact for Rhode Island prospects, handling inquiries, assessments, and follow-ups.
Facilitates nursing assistant training program operations, managing supplies, schedules, and communications.
Greets visitors and handles calls, leaving a positive impression.
Assists with interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
Develops and implements office policies, procedures, and resources.
Assists with accounting, billing, and payroll and updates weekly key performance indicator reports.
Performs various tasks for smooth office functioning, including data entry and filing.
Coordinates meetings, events, and travel arrangements for the COO and CEO.
Documents processes in the company project management system.
Assists with scheduling when needed and on-call for weekends and nights on a rotating schedule.
Required
Experience:
5
years of experience as an executive office assistant in a fast-paced office environment.
3
years of work experience as the first point of contact for main office calls.
2
years of experience using Google Suites Enterprise.
2
years of experience in billing, accounting, and payroll.
Job Type and Compensation:
Full-time - 32-40hrs/wk $21-$25 based on experience
