Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Recruitment - post job openings and forward qualified applicants to hiring manager Onboarding - perform background check and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately Maintain employee files Maintain HR software for all employees Track annual performance reviews Benefits administration - Enrolls employees in medical, dental, life, 401k and offer COBRA to employees separating from employment.
Process weekly payroll.
Track time and attendance.
Compile hours from time clock Monitor sick & vacation balances Maintain employee deductions Administration of Workers Comp and maintain OSHA log Administration of FMLA Provide various payroll and employee reports Provide assistance to Full Charge Bookkeeper Various other miscellaneous clerical duties as assigned Qualifications and/or
Experience:
Two to four years of related experience Knowledge of federal and state regulations in regards to employment Must be organized and proactive Excellent verbal and written communication skils Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team Familiarity with Microsoft Office products Experience with Paychex Flex computerized payroll a plus EOE.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
