oMust be at least 18 years oldoCommitment to high standardsoAbility to work well under pressureoAbility to remain standing and active for a 9-hour shiftoAbility to work in extreme temperaturesoSome heavy lifting (up to 75lbs)oStack clean dishes on racks, ensuring that clean water and detergent are used in the dishwasher, delivering clean dishes to designated areas for use as time permits, rinsing bus buckets, cleaning, and drying of pots, pans, utensils, dough boxes, trash removal, and general cleaning of the work areaoDishwashers also may be needed to receive, unload, and rotate products from vendorsoGeneral location maintenance also may be requiredoAssist cooks with prep as neededoPrepares the dishwashing machine for daily activity by opening and visually inspection the machine for cracked or broken equipment and/or dishes as designatedoIdentifies broken and/ or cracked dishes and discards in the appropriate locationoMonitors dishwashing machine for correct operation and reports machine malfunction and/ or failure promptlyoCleaning dishwasher and surrounding area throughout the day and at the close of business dayAdditional Info:
