Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
oSweeping ashes, starting brick oven fires, cleaning and/ or vacuuming floor space, putting down chairs, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries, and keeping the Manager informed of all property faultsoSweeps and mops restaurant floorsoSweeps and vacuums carpets and floor matsoPolishes all brass items using the designated cleaning agent and equipmentoReplaces light bulbs in light fixtures as needed according to operationsoRemoves trash from within the restaurant area and disposes of in the appropriate containeroPicks up and disposes in a dumpster all trash from the parking lot and landscape areaoAssisting other employees as neededRequirements:
