Must have strong skills in Microsoft products:
Windows 10/11 O365 SCCM Dual monitor configurations Dell Laptops experience Azure Active Directory Endpoint Manager (Intune) Minor software application troubleshooting will be required.
The ability to unpack hardware from boxes and set up equipment at users' desks.
Work across a broad range of technologies and liaise across multiple areas of the business to support incidents, problems and requests.
Experience in Setting up Dual monitors on PC based systems.
Responsibilities The selected Desktop Technician will be working closely with the existing Technical Support staff and will interact with other team members.
Answering IT requests via phone, email, or in person and explaining solutions in technical and non-technical terms.
PC builds from pre-defined images or custom build.
Deploying PC's and printers to end users, along with migrating documents, settings and custom software that end users have installed.
Provision new devices (PCs and iPhone) through Autopilot and Windows Endpoint Manager Provision of new Apps for Windows and IOS devices.
Create or edit new Intune management policies.
Configuring local or network printers for each end user.
