The position will be responsible for assisting with company wide Training and Recruitment.
Recruitment of management candidates, management in training program, internship program, visa programs, and hourly positions.
Creating, revising, and delivering internal development trainings as well as coordinating external trainings such as CPR, CPO, ServSafe, etc.
The goal is to carry out the assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency while working independently.
The company is focused on the success and professional development of the team members.
