We seek a Licensed Therapist to join our team in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $58,300 to $103,900 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.
Requirements:
Fully Licensed LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC for practice in the state of Rhode Island
Can commute to the Warwick, RI, location
Experience providing direct psychotherapy in both individual and group settings

Experience:
Experience working with eating disorders, chronic pain, families, and couples, desired
Experience working in an outpatient clinical setting, desired
Participate in enriching the training experience of our graduate students and postdoctoral fellows
Ability to represent the practice in community presentations and lectures, if desired
Continue to expand your ability to educate and treat a wide range of patients

RICBT is a genuinely multidisciplinary mental health, psychotherapy, and coaching practice in Rhode Island (and Connecticut, under the OneCBT brand) specializing in evidence-based, cognitive behavioral approaches. We are passionate about helping people overcome a wide range of emotional problems (such as anxiety and depression) and helping them thrive as students, spouses, parents, or professionals.
