Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of Human Resource experienceAt least 1 year of Compliance experienceKnowledge of CARF standards and policies or related healthcare licensing (DPH, DCYF, etc.) preferredExcellent planning, problem-solving, and collaborative skillsSuperb analytical and decision-making skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsCollaborative and supportive mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) with the aptitude to learn new software and systemsExcellent time management skills, ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects
