Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client in Warwick, RI.
Pay Rate: $28/hr
Shift Times: M-F:7am-3pm OR 9-6pm, possible Saturdays on call
What You'll Be Doing:
Responsible for tasks within 3 story building-preventative maintenance, vendor escorts, ensuing all scopes of work are completed though WO system
Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment, and grounds.
WO system-responsible for completing scope of task and closing once completed
HVAC troubleshooting
Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance.
Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, heating and cooling.
Required:
Dealing with client face to face daily-strong communication needed
Commercial maintenance experience is a MUST HAVE for this role
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2-3 years of commercial maintenance related experience
