Reports To : Office Manager/Finance Manager
POSITION INFORMATION:
The Registration Clerk is responsible for processing in-state & out-of-state customer vehicle registrations in a timely manner.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Registering customer vehicles with the state agency.
Verifying all pertinent registration paperwork is complete and accurate.
Ensuring all vehicle taxes & fees are collected.
Assisting with other sales/admin duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to billing out deals.
Working as a team member with the rest of the department, to accomplish processing all the deals in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver's license.
Professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic familiarity with computer applications.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will work in an office environment. Will work with computers and other office equipment as appropriate. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position that may require extra hours if necessary, as approved by Office Manager
