POSITION INFORMATION:
The Billing Clerk is responsible for processing/breaking down deals to go to the banks, registration clerks and the deals department. May also include wholesales deals. Responsibilities also include completing out of state registration paperwork.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Billing out deals and wholesale deals.
Billing out transfers.
Coordinating swap and registration drivers to work daily.
Working as a team member with the rest of the department, to accomplish processing all the deals in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver's license.
Professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills.
Basic familiarity with computer applications.
Basic understanding of Excel, Word and Outlook
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Will work in an office environment. Will work with computers and other office equipment as appropriate. This is a full time, 40 hour per week position that may require extra hours if necessary, as approved by Office Manager

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
