Windows 7, Windows 8, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, desktop, laptop, peripherals, printers, LAN
Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of end-user devices, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, as needed
Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices and related hardware and software in order to deliver required end-user support service levels.
Experience with Active Directory and group policies are a plus
Collaborate with engineers/network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment.
Work with team to perform IP address and Active Directory changes on devices utilizing scripts or other tools.
Where required, administer and resolve end user device incidents, problems and changes.
Receive and respond to incoming calls, SMS, and/or e-mails regarding desktop problems.
Answer to and perform moves, adds, and changes requests.
Work with third-party support and device equipment vendors as necessary.
Educational/Experience Background
o B.A./B.S. or As. in related area
o 2-5 years of experience
o MCSE/MCP certification is a plus
o COMPTIA A
certification is a plus.
Technical Skills
o Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
o Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards.
o Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
o Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
o Ability to conduct research into PC issues and products as required.
o Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills.
o Strong written and oral communication skills.
o Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
o Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
o Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
o Strong customer-service orientation.
o Must have high integrity and a strong work ethic.
Language and Writing Skills
o Ability to correspond with professional articulate manner.
o Ability to document procedures and implementation plans.
o Ability to provide proper documentation to ticketing system.
Physical Requirements

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
